Water Fufu and Eru
The meal originates from the South West region of Cameroon. Water Fufu and Eru is one of the most eaten dishes in the country.
The sauce, that is Eru is made-up of water leaves, cow meat, prawns, pepper, smoked fish; all of them cooked with palm oil.
The water fufu which serves as compliment for the eru is simply transformed cassava. The meal can also be eaten with garri.
